In this first seminar of the semester, participants will reflect on Baylor’s aspiration to “provide transformational education that increases students’ desire for wisdom, understanding of calling, and preparation for service in a diverse and interconnected global society” (Pro Futuris).  How can we at Baylor continue to educate students for wisdom, calling, and service in the 21^st century?  What strategies, techniques, and tools might aid us in our attempts to transform students’ visions of themselves and the world into a vision of divine connectedness and calling?  As we reflect on Baylor’s future, participants may choose to describe how they currently express or model their faith commitments for students and/or how they engage faith perspectives in the classroom.  A mosaic of perspectives and ideas are welcome to the table.
